Hey guys just a quick hello, here’s an image I did recently with an elite athlete, using the same 3 light set up I use for nearly all my composites.

The shoot took about an hour and we got some excellent poses and shots, here’s one I really like so check it out and I’ll see you later.

The usual set up difference is I have my lights up pointing down at the subject.  I noticed the difference in post work that it lights up the side more and give it a more gritty look that I like, I also taking closer body shots of my athletes now to give it more of a focus on them then the background.

So check it out and tell me what you think.

Hey guys this is an image of my son in his new uniform for his club, I always take an image of his new stuff every year to see him grow from 10 to 15 can’t believe how fast the last 5 years has been.

My boy is 6 ft 2 I think that 187 cm and he’s still growing, same simple set up 3 light one on each side of his shoulder and one in front.

Check it out and tell me what you think.

Hey guys I hope you’s had a great weekend. I wanted to share a image I did with a male model named  Andy and the theme was NFL footballer.

I used two lights for this one, each on the side of him pointing at the side of his face to give the image more depth and shadow.

No modifiers will use just plain speedlights, I like the harsh light hitting my subjects to give that cool and gritty look.

Then I used the filter dramatic lighting from Topaz to give it more punch if you don’t have the filter trying using High Pass filter in Photoshop in Overlay mode.

Enough talking from me check out the image from Segiphotography.

Hey guys haven’t put a composite image up in a while so here’s one now, this one was pretty funny had her screaming, very athletic lady, bloody strong and pretty.

Same set up as usual 3 lights, one light on each side slightly behind her pointing at her shoulders and one in front to light her up.

I have more upcoming sport shots I hope to have a different style for you guys, meaning different angles and more action shots, so look forward to that.

Until then people have a great day where ever you are.

Shoot took about an hour and the client was quite happy with the results.

So check it out.
